There is an abundance of white tail deer, turkeys, and other Northeastern PA wildlife in our surrounding fields. Other nearby attractions include: Rickett’s Glen State Park (where you can hike the many trails along the waterfalls and swim in Lake Jean), Worlds End State Park, Eagles Mere, the Mill Race Golf Course, fishing in Fishing Creek, Bloomsburg University, Geisinger Hospital, many covered bridges, and the Bloomsburg Fair Grounds. Malls, antique shops, yard sales, skiing, horseback riding, church suppers, firemen’s carnivals, and Knoebal’s Grove are just some of the many things that are available to do within driving distance. |
